Abstract
I would like to draw attention to the emerging challenges in treating dermatophytosis, particularly the increasing resistance posed by new fungal strains, such as Trichophyton indotineae. Dermatophytosis is the most common superficial fungal infection affecting the skin, hair, and nails.
